We want you to love your beauty routine, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for any unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been sampled or unsealed.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Oh My Cream account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Parcel
Carefully pack the unused products in their original box, ensuring they are well-protected, and include the printed return slip inside the package.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
